Initially based in New York City, we focused on recruiting exceptional individuals for leading management consulting firms, quickly realizing that consultants are extremely talented and can be very successful in many different fields. This expertise soon broadened and we expanded our recruiting efforts to include a variety of industries and positions at all levels. Our clients include companies of all sizes and cultures, including both private and public industry leaders as well as entrepreneurial companies nationwide.

*Fee Policy

For hiring companies, our fee includes a modest retainer and a reasonable negotiated fixed fee agreement, depending on the level of the position and complexity of the search. We are paid in full only after a candidate is successfully hired and we offer a free replacement search if the candidate hired leaves for any reason within the first year. For candidates, there is no fee.
